About the Halloween Hall of Fame.
www.HalloweenHallofFame.org is a virtual destination for those who support and enjoy the family holiday of Halloween. The Board of Directors preside over the selection committee, and public voting decides inductees. The Halloween Hall of Fame was created by Harold Maxwell and Shari McConahay, father and daughter founders of Annie's Costumes, which has been providing Halloween costumes, costume accessories and related products for online shoppers since 1996. Healing Hearts on Halloween is a charity started in 2002 by a 7-year old boy. With the help of family, friends and his community – as well as donations from all over – he makes and hand delivers over 800 halloween-related goodie bags to sick children who cannot go trick or treating.
