Bobbie Weiner is a professional Hollywood Special Effects Makeup artist and Chief Executive Officer of Bobbie Weiner Enterprises LLC, a creative makeup products development company. Her specialties in the field of Special Effects Makeup have made her famous among makeup artists in the Hollywood film community. Her work has been featured in the Oscar Award winning film, "Titanic," where she was the Special Effects Make-up artist who transformed hundreds of actors into blue-lipped, icicle-covered corpses.

Healing Hearts on Halloween:
Healing Hearts on Halloween is a charity started in 2002 by a 7-year old boy named Sal. With the help of family, friends and his community – as well as donations from all over – he makes and hand delivers over 800 halloween-related goodie bags to sick children who cannot go trick or treating. The Halloween Hall of Fame humbly supports Healing Hearts on Halloween and invites you to visit their site to contribute to Sal's dream of one day broadening his efforts to "every state, every hospital and every child on every Halloween".

Ten Golden Rules:
Ten Golden Rules was founded in 2003 by Jay Berkowitz. The Florida internet advertising consultant, specializing in strategic planning, internet advertising, search engine optimization (SEO) and internet marketing, helps companies develop ideas for converting website traffic into leads and sales by focusing on the most effective search engine marketing strategies. Ten Golden Rules created the Halloween Hall of Fame website and includes among its clients a major online Halloween costume store.
